Health, safety and welfare are our number one strategic priority. And our health & safety team have been busy rolling out a programme of enhanced initiatives to protect our most important asset – our people.

From upskilling staff and enhancing safety knowledge to introducing a regular schedule of checks, training days and daily safety discussions – we are proud to be going further to ensure safety, every step of the way.

As a result of this continued focus, we are already reaping the rewards. Our record of zero OHSA reportable incidents at our Tunbridge Wells site is officially into its 12th year. While we are also on track to achieving ISO45001 accreditation in the UK.
